  Dosage
  
  Calves less than 400 lbs: 4 mL for flies and 8 mL for lice.
  
  400-800 lbs: 8 mL for flies and 16 mL for lice.
  
  Over 800 lbs: 12 mL for flies and 24 mL for lice.
